It's not a Secret anymore Ray...

Well if you read my blog This is Family Business Starring The Norwoods you knew I how much I anticipated seeing and following Brandy and Ray J’s reality show “A Family Business” . My, how the time has passed we are now at episode 5 and the show is doing exactly what I knew it would, giving us the truth, the real Brandy aka B’ Rocka currently known as BRAN-Nu and Mr. Willie Ray Norwood Jr. (Ray J) aka Bay J. As you can tell I am a huge (Norwood Family) fan but Imma keep it real I was not into For the Love of Ray J season 1 or 2 for various reasons and if you watched the A Family Business‘ Episode where Ray J had the reunion for season 2 of “For the Love..” you’ll see why. But that’s not why I am writing this blog today.

Bran-Nu, Poppa Ray, Bay J, Momma Soni

This show has not only helped me come to love this family so much more I am very excited that it’s really real. Yall see Ray J cutting up with the Knock Out crew; they got the damn van towed, Ray J partying in Vegas, and then Shorty Mack came up in the office with “Lil Miss UPS” and her “special” delivery. Rodney get him focused! Brandy saying “look I am changing I know I can sang but “Momma I wanna rap“! Act like yall don’t see brandy slamming her first on them desks like “I am Brandy hear me roar Dammit!” But check this out yall don’t see that behavior when Momma Soni on the scene everybody be tighten up, except for Ray! Red, White, and Who?

I am a big fan of Keeping up with the Kardashians. Tonight’s episode struck me in so many ways. Khloe was having issues with her weight and of course the jealous and envious people who have nothing to do but hide behind their insults on the internet, said some pretty hurtful things in a blog. Well Khloe received a call from PETA to do an nude ad protesting fur. Khloe was a bit apprehensive about doing the ad because she was having weight issues. So sad that in this world we live in “we compare ourselves amongst ourselves”. Which keeps us always trying to fit into a standard. Well at least what society considers “the standard” Khloe is always being compare to her sisters Kim and Kourtney which is so not fair because each of them are beautiful in their own way.

So Khloe goes and speaks with Bruce Jenner her stepfather. Seeking advice when she told him about the ad. He responded by saying “that’s good but don’t you think you should lose a few pounds”. Typical thing for a insensitive man to say. No disrespect to Bruce… Then they wonder why their wives seek attention else where . I will tell you why, some of you with money think that you can speak to people any way no matter who it is: family, the fake friends you have and the slaves you hire to work for you. But instead of congratulating her, he insulted her. Then he went on to say after she had explained to him how she was offended by his comment. He said “is that why you wear black”, Khloe’s response was “I am wearing black because I am depressed.” Say What!!!!

See people where did we get this misconception that the color black represents oppression, depression and sadness. Our country’s colors are red, white and blue. Now lets break that down red well that represents the blood that was shed to create “one nation under God” but whose blood was it? Who was that actually fought. Hmmm? Then there’s white (well we all know what that suppose to represent) pure, cleanliness and honesty (mhmmm) and then there’s blue. Blue represents the actual things this country was founded on (the pain, the deceit, the lies and the trickery) the trickery bestowed upon the enslaved. When I speak of the enslaved I must make it clear I am not speaking only of black people. (The fungus has spread) To me the color blue represents the oppression, sadness, and fear. People black represents change. Things to come that we all struggled and worked so hard for. When I say “we” I mean those who understand what it means to fight the good fight and stay strong.

So people get it out of your minds that black is a color of depression and oppression. It is time for change. Trust me everybody can’t be saved. But those of you who can. Let’s make it happen. “Animal conditioning to keep me as your slave! I get out!” Thanks Lauryn.

Red White and Blue... Stars and Stripes

My interpretation for “Bleed blue” is the colors for the Illuminati Red, white, blue… Those colors of the American flag mean something and those stars on the flag represent something too… Think about it… The stars are in the BLUE section of the flag!!! Ask somebody… This is the stuff they don’t teach you in school so when that when the message starts coming at US we will be confused and distract with things like gangs (Crips, Bloods) and not pay attention to who’s really behind all the American Chaos…Red and white stripes… The white represent the lost, confused and uninformed… Entangled in the red’s web….

I’ve tried to enjoy myself and live life on the “wild side” during the CIAA this year here in Charlotte but my stalkers, Just ain’t having it. If you follow me on Twitter , I know you’ve read my rants about the day party @ Ruth Chris I went to hosted by a local radio station here in Charlotte. If I could tell you how they (my stalking fans) follow me you’d think I was crazy but no matter what. They seem to find me. All I wanna do is have a lil fun with out the babysitters who’s job it is to ensure I don’t run into any celebrities because they don’t want me posting pictures up on the internet because it makes them (my stalking fans) jealous. Well look at this stalkers!!!!

I am not knocking the Radio Stations or it’s personalities I am and will always be a fan. It’s just crazy how they(my stalking fans) do things!

On my way to a party hosted by another radio station here!

So I was was thinking about adding accessories to this “fit”. I decided to change my plans and just find a party! Just show up somewhere! Hmmm them damn stalking fans of mine showed they natural asses and followed me!

Yall, Sade’s Soldier of Love, the first single from her new album also titled Soldier of love, I tried real hard not to like. Imma keep it real but I couldn’t help it. Sade just blows my mind every single time she has dropped an album. And personally I don’t think she gets enough recognition. How many albums can you drop in the CD player and just let it ride? Only people like Lauryn Hill, Sade, Erykah Badu, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce’s Dangerously in Love yes, Bee I’m still rocking to your first solo album.

I’m riding in the car with my Mom just zoning cause the radio station in Charlotte V101.9,Preston Miles (radio personality), had a Sade, Soldier of Love, listening party. I had to share it with somebody cause you don’t let people miss out on a good thing so I immediately sent out a Tweet alert: @Unclerush @revrunwisdom Ummm Sade’s having a listening Party in Charlotte Tune in to V101.9 Right now! I CAN DIG it Sade! 4 Eighty!

Preston I think you said track 3, Morning Bird, was your favorite I feel you homey but Babyfather just speaks to me. I remember a few years back I would go and sit out in my car and listen to music (Sade, Beyonce, Mary, Lauryn Hill, Musiq Soulchild, John Legend and others like them) while meditating on my day, the past week and days to come. One night my aunt comes outside, with her nosey ass. She was observing because I don’t like too much conversation when I’m in my zone, my aunt says “I think that music blows your mind!” I turned to her and said “is it that obvious?” Yo, she still didn’t get it. The Cricket Haircut!

So all week I’m listening to the radio as I usually do while in the shower or while blogging and always while driving. So I hear this commercial this “popular” second chance cellar phone company in Charlotte was sponsoring a “free haircut event”. Now this event was scheduled on a Friday, today February 12, 2010 from 12-4pm now who da hell did they expect to come and get their haircuts? Not any school children, and then on a Friday, at a cricket store on a side of town that many folk like you and me don’t travel too. So again I ask who in da hell did they expect to come and get their haircuts. Is that really me… Yea my mind was too strong for them to enter! That’s why they wanted me to become dependent on a narcotic. Believe me when I tell you!

Um… I think somebody sending a message just look at his face yall. He tired of the BS. Too much isolation will drive you insane in the membrane!He’s shy too.

The “Nazi” marketing person Jamie scheduled the event on a Friday during 12-4 during traffic and on a side of town where people who need “second chance” services won’t travel because if’s far as hell. I find it ironic during the interview she says “this is for anybody who can come out and get a haircut“. Yea, right who? And another thing they use the local radio station the “hip hop” urban station to promote the event as well as “host” this was to confuse us. She also had Barbers from Heavenly Cuts come out. However again it was held at a store in a part of town where Heavenly Cut’s customers won’t travel to nor will the majority of the Power 98′s listeners will travel too.
